Bench Press155#, 185#, 185#, 205#WOD5 rounds46 cal2 rounds 18 calAfter the 3 minute row I hit a wall and could not get my body going again.
I pulled something in my back last Wednesday and then worked out again on Friday and really messed it up. I'm trying to give it a couple of days of rest so I can come back in full force! Prayers are appreciated because I hate sitting around! ;)
