I Made It.

This is CSCF athlete Suzanne Rother's daughter - Becca Rother, competing at the CrossFit Games last weekend on the affiliate team from CrossFit Denton County. Becca is a great athlete and her team did great, they finished 26th out of 66 teams.

2-position clean(high to low)
complete 4 sets of 3 cycles

02 push-ups
20 squats
1 burpess
04 push-ups
18 squats
2 burpees
06 push-ups
16 squats
3 burpees
08 push-ups
14 squats
4 burpees
10 push-ups
12 squats
5 burpees
12 push-ups
10 squats
6 burpees
Continue until pattern has reversed the starting reps

  5. Awww, Daren I'm impressed that you are doing today's WOD just for me. I guess I will have to check back this afternoon for your time - and I want a truthful time b/c there is NO LYING in Crossfit (just like there is no crying in baseball!)

  6. me and crossfit are not speaking right now. it beat me up. here is the damage

    weights
    2 position clean- 95/95/135/135

    skill work
    hang snatch- 3's @ 45/45/65/65
    squat snatch- 3's @ 65/65/65/65
    double unders- 5 rounds of 20 unbroken(this took a while, probably did 200 double unders total)

    WOD with chest to ground push-ups... 11 something, i really can't remember, all i know is glenda beat me!

  7. This will be fun times. After one dented rack and two dropped bars, one resulting in a busted lip, yesterday was not a good day in the box.
