CrossFit Houston Summer Challenge here we come....WATCH OUT for CSCF!

Event 2 (North European Sectional)

35 Sumo deadlift highpulls (90/45#)
50 Box jumps (24/18 inches)
35 Push press (90/45#)
50 Squats
35 Toes-to-Bar
50 Kettlebell swings (24 kg/16kg)
30 meters Walking lunge (24kg/16kg)
50 Burpees

    Daren, 50 burpees were not enough this morning, can I come to the 6:00 AM class tomorrow?

    Just looked in my Crossfit book and I put the wrong time for my WOD this morning. It was 23:00 not 21:00... it was my subconscious wishful thinking!

    Today was my second day back after being gone for 7 weeks-it was TOUGH! I missed the box and everyone while I was gone, I'm so glad to be back! Good Luck this weekend Carol, Caro-LINE, and Holly! : )

    I've never felt like throwing up like I did during this workout (no running afterwards for me!!).
