Bonus: 400m run w/60# sandbag Yes and shout out as well to 5am doing bonus, usually im prepared for bonus in the pm classes...5am busted out this morning...way to go!! (Did I mention Im dead tired at work?)
WOD: 15:40...stupid ring dips...I hit myself in the neck with one of the bands and got a sweet welt.
Afternoon Skills Work: 3 rounds not for time, all exercises unbroken HSPU- 7 using bands, 3 using 2 abmats + a little help, 7 using bands Double Unders- 15, 20, 30 Strict Pull ups- 10, 10, 8 with bands Pistols- 10, 10, 10 was able to do them with my right leg fine and finally got one left leg one as well!
WOD: 17:21 this was a good workout....took a lot out of you without doing heavy lifting or alot of running. I also like working out all my muscle in one workout!
