Bizness


Caroline CRUSHED the competition at CrossFit Houston on Saturday finishing 1st place in the standard division and earning the respect of the local CrossFit community....also showing them that CSCF is on the rise breeding beasts in our little box we all call home. Which one of you will be next to be on the podium?

  4. Ahh I love it!! Thanks soo much to everyone for all the congratulations!! I wanted to do well, to at least make it to the 3rd & 4th WOD. I thought that was an acceptable goal! But after that last WOD when my judge told me I had the fastest time by 10 seconds, I knew I had exceeded my expectations, and would be on that podium! It just goes to show that if keep an attitude of expectancy and go out believing in yourself than great things will come your way!!

    WOD: 6 rounds + 4 cleans Rx'd (probably the coolest workout ever, all the coaches - Zach, Daren, Will and I worked out at 1pm at the box. I definitely want to do that more often)
