    WOD- 3 complete rounds + 1/2 set of lunges-95# bar 2nd tallest box.

    WOD-2 complete rounds and then back down with lunges. 65# bar. Pretty much torture.

  7. Kendra is right, this wod was torture from the first lunge to the last box jump. I did it at 1pm with Zach, and if he wasn't with me I can't promise I would have followed through with the 12 minutes.

    WOD: Rx'd, 4 rounds minus 5 box jumps*

    *Crazy story, I was about to jump on the box for my 6th rep of my fourth round and I looked over my shoulder and my barbell was about to roll onto Texas Ave. So I ran over to it as fast as I could (legs were smoked) and grabbed the barbell just as it barely rolled onto Texas, fortunately there were no cars which is a miracle because there were tons during the entire work out. Learned a lesson today - do not drop your bar and rush to another exercise when working out in front of the box , set it down and make sure it is secured on the ground.

  10. Bench: 20#, 30#, 30# I was too scared to move up to 45#.

    WOD: 2 rounds plus 30 lunges (65#, then downgraded to 45#), this crap sucked! We did them inside due to the rain, 50 lunges each round.
