  4. holly, just buy yourself one and put from ed on a card attached to it, hand it to him and tell him to hand it back to you. its easiest that way.

    -suicides (yep, just like basketball practice)
    -SDHP with 24kg kettle bell
    -135# thrusters
    -steps ups with 45# weight

    Bonus
    200 v-ups

    EXHAUSTED!!!!!!

  19. Learned how to do Thrusters and Rowing. Fun times at Cross Fit in the OnRamp class Tuesday night! I hate burpees. Hope they aren't coming up :)
