Affiliate Team final wod at the 2010 CrossFit Games.

Split-Jerk
4x4 reps, 2 on each leg, alternating


3 Rounds for time:
50m Farmer carry lunge (24/16kg per hand)
30 sit-ups

    This was a horrible workout. I need to work on my grip strength. Guess I have found my August goal.

    deadlift- 5x3 @ 185,205,205,205
    Handstand hold- 5x 20 sec

    wod- time constraint so did 2 rounds of:
    50 lunge steps @ 45# in each hand
    50 sit-ups

    split jerk - 135#, 155#, 185#, 185# (Haynes is a beast....watch out for him at sectionals next year, huge potential)

    wod - 12:59, 2 pood(70#)

    Felt like I almost pulled something on round 2, jogged 400m after and cramped up immediately....lunges are not fun
