I wish I would have been in town to try the Quest. I was in San Antonio this weekend and dropped in at Mission Crossfit SA, the owner and people there were pretty cool.
Satuday WOD Fight Gone Bad -instead of rowing we did double unders -I cant remember my total reps
Sunday WOD Worked on snatches and cleans -"Angie" -since my hands are tore up I substituted body rows instead of pulls ups.

With 60lb sandbag and NO man! We did 4Full rounds plus 20Thrusters, 40 Pushups.
This was one hell of a workout!
And Caroline carries the sand in her hands not bags for her workouts.
