    1mat, so very hard. Got through 5th ground to overhead on my third set. Very hard WOD! Need to work on those HSPU!

  8. DNF on 2nd round. Ripped through first 4 HSPU and couldn't get past 2 in the 2nd round. Awful!

    OHS: 25#, 25#, 35#, 35#, 45#, 45# (form sucks)

    WOD: 9mins. Did a modified HSPU (only reason I could finish). 60# on the ground-to-overhead.
