OHS: 45, 45, 65, 65, 75, 75#.WOD:1mat, so very hard. Got through 5th ground to overhead on my third set. Very hard WOD! Need to work on those HSPU!
Good workout today. OHS- 95#, 95#, 115#, 115#, 135#, 135#WOD9:55 (135# and one ab mat to protect our heads since we did the HSPU outside)
DNF on 2nd round. Ripped through first 4 HSPU and couldn't get past 2 in the 2nd round. Awful!

@Kyle: you post on here. OHS: 25#, 25#, 35#, 35#, 45#, 45# (form sucks)WOD: 9mins. Did a modified HSPU (only reason I could finish). 60# on the ground-to-overhead. HSPU goal for July
