Task Force

I think we all remember this workout, AMRAP of walking lunges and box jumpes.....ugh! Here is Kevin Brightwell doing his lunges and repping his TWC 5k shirt.

Front squat
4-4-4-4

A. 2 min AMRAP Double unders
30 seconds rest
B. 16 Sandbag Get-ups(80/60#)
30 seconds rest
C. 6 min on clock:
400m run
Pistol AMRAP in remaining time

  6. well since I was off work today I thought it would be a nice day to do a 2 mile bike ride at 2 pm....what was I thinking???? it was hotttt!!!!

    oh well, i gotta make up for the bad weekend of eating/drinking!
